The Chiropractic Clinic That Cares
Dr. Bradley R. Brooker, BSc., DC
Dr. Brooker graduated from Guelph University in May 2000 with an honors degree in Human Kinetics. Following graduation, he attended New York Chiropractic College where he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He graduated in August 2003, Summa Cum Laude, and was the Valedictorian of his graduating class.
In December 2003, Dr. Brooker opened Active Lifestyle Chiropractic in Barrie, Ontario. He uses the diversified method of adjusting and maintains the philosophy of operating an acute care clinic. He is well respected by his patients for this philosophy, as he recommends maintenance care for patients but does not insist on extended periods of treatment once they have recovered. If necessary, Dr. Brooker will also provide a biomechanical gait assessment and recommend custom orthotics should the presenting complaint warrant such a need.
Dr. Brooker’s goal and the goal of his team, is to find the problem and fix it as fast as possible so that their patients can get back to the active lifestyle they want to live. Dr. Brooker believes in taking the time to get to know his patients and to include them in their own health care plan. His relationship with his patients is very important to him and he is honored to have been selected as one of "Barrie's Best" Chiropractors several times by the public since he established his clinic.
In his spare time, Dr. Brooker enjoys living an active lifestyle with his two wonderful children, wife and their Portuguese Water dog, Moxie. When he is not at the clinic working, he enjoys all that the Barrie area has to offer. During the winter months, Dr. Brooker is regularly found on the ski slopes with his family. A downhill skier for most of his life, he recently took up snowboarding to keep up with his young son who has displayed a talent and interest for the sport. In the short Canadian summers, Dr. Brooker likes to spend time on the gorgeous lakes in central Ontario, and is an avid wake boarder and slalom skier.
If you have been injured or just want to maintain an active lifestyle, come and enjoy the expertise and stress free atmosphere that Dr. Brooker’s office provides.
